Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened pet food, treats, supplements

  • Grooming products that have been opened

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Clearance or final-sale products

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact our support team.

2. Return Process

To begin a return:

  1. Contact us at support@mistergoldpetshop.com with your order number.

  2. Include photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

  4. Approved returns will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind, wrong size chosen), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued in the original payment method once:

  • The returned item is received, and

  • Its condition is verified

Refund processing time:

  • 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time

If the product is not returned in its original condition, a partial refund or denial may apply.

5. Final Sale Items

  • Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Clearance or discounted final-sale products

  • Perishable items such as fresh treats

  • Personalized or custom items
